Khadamatk operates as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent service providers across Kuwait. Services offered include — but are not limited to — home appliance repair, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning.

3. Registration & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
  • Khadamatk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings made through the platform are binding upon confirmation.
  • Prices may vary depending on service type, location, and provider availability.
  • Khadamatk may charge a service fee added to the total invoice.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

5. Service Provider Responsibility

Service providers are independent contractors and are not employees of Khadamatk. While we make reasonable efforts to verify providers, Khadamatk is not liable for:

  • The quality of work performed by service providers.
  • Any damages or losses arising from service delivery.
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond the platform's control.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Post offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems.
  • Interfere with the experience of other users or service providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Khadamatk website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Khadamatk or its licensed owners and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Khadamatk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits or data.

9. Changes to Terms

Khadamatk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes implicit acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and Kuwaiti courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
